SAP | A big change needs a little push

As part of SAP America’s Global Customer Operations team, we managed multiple concurrent projects and business stakeholders to enhance SAP CRM solutions.

Resolved conflicts and improved morale among collaborators, emphasizing relationship development between departments and rallying agile and scrum meetings for sprint coordination.

Completed a $1 MM CRM Enhancement Project, $ 250K under budget, managing 8 resources and 4 stakeholders across 3 continents.

Managed an 8-person team at a budget of $2 MM to oversee tablet functions and UX for SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer - a new SAP Cloud based mobile CRM.

While I was Vice President within SAP's Global Customer Operations Division, Samer reported to me directly for numerous key application implementation and integration initiatives. I tasked him with running the full software development lifecycle to merge and streamline SAP CRM's opportunity object and its ensuing processes. Samer's efforts directly led to cohesive input into SAP CRM Opportunity object and stronger/even more simplified downstream Opportunity Management processes for ALL our SAP regional stakeholders. Samer is a friendly, reasonable, smart, and highly dependable project lead. I would not hesitate to lean upon Samer to lead my future, mission-critical projects.
